Through this project, transition services are coordinated for children who graduate from the Department of Health's Moving Together Early Intervention Program and are determined eligible for the Department of Education's Special Education Program.
We offer guidance, information and training with the purpose of empowering families on issues related to the needs and services of preschool children.
Education Service Coordinators are located in the Special Education Service Centers (CSEE) in the Educational Regions.
