Preschool Services Coordinators Project
Through this project, transition services are coordinated for children who graduate from the Moving Together Early Intervention Program of the Department of Health and who are potentially eligible for the Special Education Program of the Department of Education.
We offer guidance, information and training with the purpose of empowering families on issues related to special education and services for preschool children.
The Preschool Service Coordinators are located in the Special Education Service Centers (CSEE) in the Educational Regions.
